Estimates

An estimate prepared from photos is based on what is visible in those photos. If the property differs from the photos in a way that changes the scope — more glass than was shown, damage that was not visible, access that turns out to be restricted — we will tell you before starting and agree on the change with you first.

Scheduling and weather

Exterior work depends on weather. If conditions make the work unsafe or pointless, we will reschedule rather than do a job that will not hold, and you will not be charged for a visit that did not happen.

Access

You agree to provide safe access to the property and the glass on the agreed day. If we cannot reach the work, we will contact you rather than force access.

Pre-existing damage

Glass that arrives already scratched, chipped, or with a failed seal is documented before work begins and is not made good by cleaning. We will show you what we found.

Payment

Payment is due on the terms stated on your invoice.

Cancellation

Cancel or move a booked visit by contacting us before the scheduled day. There is no cancellation fee.
